If you prefer writing a check, make it payable to Reliant. Include a note stating that your gift is designated for the Philippine Microloan Ministry, and mail it to:

After Reliant receives donations for the microloans, money is then sent from the Reliant fund to the Philippine bank account specifically for the microloan ministry. From this account loans are given to qualified church members who want to develop small businesses (approved by the Philippine Board of Directors).
Because the majority of church members are without full time jobs, the service of providing loans, job training, and accountability not only helps families, but also the churches. The loans are repaid back to the Philippine microloan bank account, from which money is then re-used for loans to other home businesses.
